You can begin with one window or several rooms. A free in-home measure gives us a chance to understand your priorities, compare samples and work out the details behind your quote.
Request your visit
Send us your name, mobile number and suburb. If you have a particular room, product or colour in mind, add a note. We will get in touch on the mobile number you provide to agree on a time. Your appointment is confirmed once that time is agreed.
Compare and measure at home
We visit every suburb in Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan and Ipswich. At your appointment, we bring samples and measure your windows. Tell us about privacy, unwanted light and anything you want to keep. We consider handles, window movement, fixing positions and space for the covering to open.
Review your written quote
Your written quote sets out the proposed products and confirms the hardware and installation scope. Check that it covers the rooms and options you discussed. Ask us to clarify any removal, electrical, access or preparation work before you decide.

Confirm the details before ordering
Before an order proceeds, check the fabric, colour, curtain heading where relevant, opening direction, mounting position and operation. Your order confirmation sets out the expected timing. Tell us about a move-in or renovation deadline early. If you need a correction, contact us promptly; changes may affect timing and cost.
Prepare for installation
Before the installation appointment, discuss access to your windows, any furniture that needs moving and outstanding building work. Check whether removing existing coverings is included. Keep your agreed selections and quote available, and raise questions about operation or care when the work is completed.
Contact us for aftercare
If you need help after installation, contact Smart Pixel Blinds with your order number, the room or product involved, and a short description. Photos or video may help us understand the issue. Warranty cover depends on the product and component supplied. You can also read our care guidance.
Do I need to measure my windows first?
No exact measurements are needed to request a visit. An approximate window count is useful, and you can point out the windows when we arrive.
How long will my order take?
Timing varies with the selected products, availability, manufacture, freight and installation scheduling. Your order confirmation sets out the expected timing for your selections.
