About your visit
How do I arrange a visit?
Tell us your suburb, roughly how many windows you have and how to reach you. We’ll get in touch to arrange a time. If an existing curtain or blind is staying, mention it so we can look at how it would work with the new one.
What should I have ready?
Show us the windows you’d like measured. It helps to point out what happens at different times of day. A living room that feels private in the morning might feel exposed when the lights go on at night.
What affects the quote?
Window size, fabric, tracks or brackets, and the way the covering needs to fit all affect the price. During the visit, ask which options would change the cost and whether installation is included in the quote for your windows.
Do I need to measure the windows myself?
You can request a visit without exact measurements. A rough count of the windows is useful. If you already have curtains or blinds, point out anything you want to keep, such as a track, pelmet or bracket.
How can I compare two quotes?
Check that both quotes cover the same windows and fabric. Then compare the hardware, operation and installation allowance. A single roller blind and a two-layer system can solve different problems, even when they cover the same opening.
